It is appropriate that the consumer controls the delivery to verify that this is accurate and error free. At the complaint, the customer contacts Claire Harrison Art and gives information relevant and the reason for complaint.
You can return the product within 30 days of delivery. The product must be in new condition. If the product is ruined or used the product shall not be refunded. Make sure to include contact information with the return and if possible, please provide us with a tracking number. Claire Harrison Art suggests you get a receipt and a package ID for the return from the delivery service, as it makes it easier to follow the return shipment if needed.
The full cost of return postage is the responsibility of the customer (unless the item is faulty). Item/s MUST be returned in a resalable condition, therefore it is the responsibility of the customer to purchase the appropriate insurance and tracking for the return postage.
Claire Harrison Art will make a refund of eligible returns. If you paid by invoice, we will need a bank account number to transfer the money back to. The easiest way is to e-mail it to us along with a brief description of your case.
Returning A Package
If a returned item is shipped international, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS', to avoid any Customs charges. Claire Harrison Art is NOT responsible for any return Customs charges made. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.
If the item you have purchased is faulty and cannot be replaced or mended then both your return postage and your purchase postage, and the full cost of the item will be refunded to you within 30 days of them being received by Claire Harrison Art. If the item is found to be faulty, then please notify Claire Harrison as soon as possible.
If the item was damaged in transit then please photograph and email proof of damage to Claire Harrison Art, at the following email address email@example.com within 48 hours of accepting delivery or refuse delivery stating the reason why. Then arrange for the return of item/s. Both your purchase and return postage will be refunded in full as well as the cost of the item/s purchased within 30 days of Claire Harrison receiving them.
Return the product you have received and send us an e-mail telling us which product you want instead.
Lost in Transit
If you think the product is lost on the way to you, you should immediately report this to us.
For packages that are not cashed at your post office within 14 days, Claire Harrison Art reserves the right to charge you a handling fee to cover return shipping and freight companies' administrative costs.
